2025年中国国庆和中秋节假期重要出货通知

尊敬的Taobao2SG顾客和朋友们：

2025年中国国庆合并中秋节假期期间，Taobao2SG广州仓库将照常收货。您可以继续购物让卖家把包裹发到广州仓库，我们会正常地为您收货和入库。

然而，由于中国空运及海运货柜公司都将休假，发货服务将从2025年9月30日暂停至10月6日。

重要发货截止日期

为确保您的包裹能及时运抵新加坡，请您务必在以下日期前提交发货订单：

• 海运： 请在2025年9月29日中午12:00前提交订单。

  • 如果您希望在10月中旬收到包裹，请务必在此截止日期前安排出货。

• 空运： 请在2025年9月29日下午2:00前提交订单。

  • 空运包裹通常需要4-6天抵达新加坡。

所有发货服务将于2025年10月7日恢复正常。

Important Shipping Notice for China National Day (2025)

Taobao2SG's Guangzhou warehouse will remain open to receive your parcels during the 2025 China National Day holiday.  You can still let your sellers or suppliers deliver your parcels to our Guangzhou warehouse as usual.  

However, please note that shipping (to Singapore) services will be temporarily suspended from September 29, 2025, to October 6, 2025. This pause is because our air cargo and sea container partners in China will be on public holiday.

Key Shipping Deadlines

To ensure your packages arrive in Singapore on time, please submit your shipping orders before these deadlines:

• Sea Shipping: Submit your order by 12:00 PM (noon) on September 29, 2025.

  • Need your packages by mid-October? Arrange for shipment before this deadline.

• Air Shipping: Submit your order by 2:00 PM on September 29, 2025.

  • Air parcels take 4–6 days to reach Singapore.
