Taobao2SG - China Guangzhou Warehouse Address

As our registered user, you can find your User ID and the unique warehouse address assigned to you after you log into Taobao2SG web site [User Center].  Please refer to an example in the below picture.

As shown in the above picture, the user Junwei can find the following information from the User Center after logging into the web site：

1. User Name: as Junwei in the example

2. User ID: as 10010 in the example

3. China Warehouse (Delivery) Address: as "广东省广州市白云区人和镇岗尾村太岗公路493号一楼之CM-10010 " , Postal Code: 510470, Mobile Number: 13570449218

Please copy the address information that you find from your own Taobao2SG User Center and paste it into your Taobao account. You can also send it  to your Taobao sellers so that your parcels will be delivered to the assigned address.   We strongly advise that you should make our warehouse address as your default delivery address in Taobao user account.   You may refer to the following instructions regarding how to set up your delivery address in Taobao.

Please do make sure to include your User ID, such as CM-100010 in this example, in the delivery address and as the consignee (parcel recipient).  

The warehouse address for sea shipping parcels is the same as the address for air shipping parcels.  To distinguish between air parcels and sea parcels, please make sure that you have included the two Chinese words [空运] in your address for air-shipping parcels.  If you do not include  [空运]  in the address, then the parcel will be stored in the sea parcel sections in the warehouse. 

Your full delivery address in China should look similar to the following:

China forwarding warehouse address (for receiving goods on your behalf)

Your designated China forwarding warehouse address can be found from the [User Center].  Please log in Taobao2SG, browse into the [User Center], and then copy and paste the exact shipping address (in Chinese) displayed in your [User Center] into your Taobao account center.  We strongly advise that you set this shipping address as your default shipping address at Taobao.
