Air Parcel Shipping Fee Table:
(4-6 Days to Singapore)
The system will automatically calculate the total shipping fee before you request to pack and ship out your parcels.
For an air shipping order that exceeds 15 kg in total parcel weight, your parcels will be delivered to your registered or requested address. No local delivery charge will be required.
For an air shipping order that is below 15 kg, you can choose either to pay S$4 to have your parcels delivered to your registered address or to self-collect from our Singapore Clementi warehouse within 14 days of parcel arrival in Singapore.
Air freight normally arrives in Singapore about 4-6 days after you request us to ship out your air parcels. You can track and trace shipping status of your parcels from the [User Center] in the Taobao2SG.com website.
If your parcels contain "sensitive goods" (e.g., batteries, liquids, powders, food, magnets, or other sensitive items), the shipping rate is slightly higher than the fee for normal parcels.
For shipping orders that exceed 15 kg in one single shipping order, regardless of the types of goods to be shipped, your parcels will be delivered to your registered or requested address.

Air freight of sensitive goods arrives in Singapore about 14 days after you request us to ship out your parcels. You can track and trace the shipping status of your own parcels by using our WeChat app or check the status from [user center] on this website.
If a client who mixes sensitive items with his/her normal parcels and the whole consolidated package of parcels is rejected by the air shipping carrier, then the client might need to pay air shipping fee again for his/her parcels to be shipped out from China. This is because the client's previously paid fee was already transferred to the Chinese air shipping company that will not refund for rejected shipping orders.
Thus, it is extremely important that all clients will make sure to arrange separate shipping orders for sensitive goods and normal goods, respectively. Our warehouse staff will screen and review each order before sending them to the airport.
Please do not mix sensitive items with normal items in a single shipping order, as this will delay the processing of your order and may result in extra fees.
Power banks can only be shipped by sea shipping due to safety concerns and precaution.
-- Fee for odd-sized and extra-heavy air packages: because of airline cargo shipping regulations, an additional $60 will be charged for any air parcel package that weighs more than 35 kg or is longer than 1.5 meters. All odd-sized and extra-heavy air parcels can only be submitted via the "sensitive goods" channel; please do not submit them via the "normal goods" channel. 超长超重的空运包裹只能从“敏感货”渠道提交订单。请勿从普货渠道提交超长或超重的空运运单。
