How to set default delivery address in Taobao Mobile App

After you signed up your membership at Taobao2SG, a unique User ID and a unique warehouse address (which indicates your Username and User ID at Taobao2SG) were assigned to your User Center. To use Taobao2SG’s parcel forwarding service, you need to let your Taobao seller deliver your order to the Guangzhou warehouse address that we assigned to you. You can set your default delivery address in Taobao as our warehouse address. Setting our warehouse address as your default delivery address in Taobao is easy and thereafter you do not need to tell the seller the warehouse address each time when you place an order in Taobao.

1. First, after you logged into Taobao you can tap the button “May Taobao” [我的淘宝] from the lower right-hand corner of the screen as illustrated below.

2. After entering "My Taobao"【我的淘宝】, find the gear icon on the top right-hand corner. Tap the gear icon to open the screen for editing a user’s account setting (帐号设置).

3. Under account setting (帐号设置), please tap the button “My Delivery Address”【我的收货地址】on the screen.

4. After you tap "My Delivery Address"【我的收货地址】，a list of your existing addresses will appear. Then, tap the button “Add Delivery Address” 【添加收货地址】at the bottom on the screen.

5. Please copy the warehouse address that you noted from your Taobao2SG User Center and paste it to Taobao to add a new delivery address. When adding the new address, you can begin by pasting the address into the section [详细地址] as indicated by the black arrow area. Then, Taobao Mobile App will have the intelligence to auto-fill the information regarding province, city, county, and town. But you still need to fill in the recipient's name by using the combination of your Taobao2SG Username and User ID like the Ostrom-CM3001 in the below example. In addition, do not forget to slide the bar to the right position at the bottom, which will set this new address as your default delivery address in Taobao. After all information are entered, tap the large button [保存] at the bottom to save this address as your default delivery address in Taobao. You can refer to the illustration pictures below.
