Delivery: free: free local delivery for air shipping order which is greater than 15 kg.
Free self-collection from Clementi warehouse regardless of quantity of parcels. Free storage of parcels in local Singapore warehouses for 14 days.
For a shipping order that is less than 15 kg, the shipping fee is S$4 per delivery, regardless of quantity of parcels in one single delivery.
The system will automatically calculate the total shipping fee before you request to pack and ship out your parcels.
For an air shipping order that exceed 15 kg in total parcel weight, your parcels will be delivered to your registered or requested address. No local delivery charge will be required.
For an air shipping order that is below 15 kg, you can choose either to pay S$4 to have your parcels delivered to your registered address or to self-collect from our Singapore Clementi warehouse within 14 days of parcel arrival in Singapore.
Air freight normally arrive in Singapore about 4-6 days after you request us to ship out your air parcels. You can track and trace shipping status of your parcels from the [User Center] in Taobao2SG.com website.

Sensitive air shipping is specially for sensitive parcels which are restricted and not allowed by the normal air shipping channels. Some typical sensitive parcels include, but are not limited to, processed food, battery, electrical appliance, liquid, cream, gel products, and cosmetics (in powder or liquid form).

If your parcels contain "sensitive goods" (e.g., battery, liquid, powder, food, magnet or other sensitive items), the shipping rate is slightly higher than the fee for normal parcels.
For shipping orders that exceed 15 kg in one single shipping order, regardless of types of goods to be shipped, your parcels will be delivered to your registered or requested address.

Air freight of sensitive goods arrive in Singapore about 14 days after you request us to ship out your parcels. You can track and trace shipping status of your own parcels by using our WeChat app or check the status from [user centre] in this website.
Customers are responsible to arrange for shipping their normal goods and sensitive items by submitting separate shipping orders.
Customers must not mix sensitive items with normal goods in one air shipping order. Mixing sensitive items with normal items in one shipping order will delay your shipping and will incur extra shipping cost because all parcels will be rejected by the air shipping carrier. We have to send our staff to the airport to collect back your parcels, repack all parcels and then re-send to the airport for shipping.
If a client who mixes sensitive items with his/her normal parcels and the whole consolidated package of parcels is rejected by the air shipping carrier, then the client might need to pay air shipping fee again for his/her parcels to be shipped out from China. This is because the client's previously paid fee was already transferred to the Chinese air shipping company that will not refund for rejected shipping orders.
Thus, it is extremely important that all clients will make sure to arrange separate shipping orders for sensitive goods and normal goods respectively. Our warehouse staff will screen and review each order before sending them to the airport.
Please never mix sensitive items with normal items in one single shipping order, otherwise processing your order will be delayed, and extra fees may incur.
Power-bank can only be shipped by sea shipping due to safety concerns and precaution.
If an air parcel has a volumetric or dimensional weight (i.e., length in cm x height in cm x width in cm /6000) that is greater than its actual weight by less than 10 kg, then the exceeding dimensional weight will be waived, and the parcel will be charged by using its actual weight. For example, if a parcel's actual weight is 10 kg and its dimensional weight (L x W x H) is measured as 14 kg, then the parcel will still be charged as 10 kg. Many other forwarders will charge customers the larger measurement between actual weight and dimensional weight of an air parcel, we will give our customers a 10 kg grace range. Thus, we will not to apply additional weight charge as long as the dimensional weight does not exceed actual weight by more than 10 kg.
If an air parcel has a volumetric or dimensional weight (i.e., length in cm x height in cm x width in cm /6000) that is greater than its actual weight by more than 10 kg, then the air parcel will be charged by using the average of its volumetric (or dimensional) weight and its actual weight. For example, if a parcel's actual weight is 10 kg and its dimensional weight (L x W x H) is measured as 22 kg, then the parcel will be charged as (10+22)/2 = 16 kg instead of 22 kg. Most other forwarders use the larger measure between actual weight and dimensional weight, such as 22 kg in this case.
