[How to Redeem the Shipping Voucher]

1. You have to be a registered member of Taobao2SG.  Please register your own user account from our web site.  The registration of membership is free。
2. After you have become a Taobao2SG member, please send us a text message by using either WhatsApp, or WeChat. The details are listed below: 

(a) WhatsApp a message to 88130282, or 

(b) WeChat a message to Taobao2SG.  Our Wechat ID is "Taobao2SG" (without the double quotation marks).


The message that you will send to us for claiming the shipping voucher should follow the below template:

CM-XXXX Join Taobao2SG   (where XXXX is your User ID No.)

For example, a message like "CM-9878 Join Taobao2SG" will instruct our staff to credit S$5 to the member CM-9878's account.  Please make sure that you will indicate accurately your own user / member ID in the WhatsApp or WeChat message.
