China forwarding warehouse address (for receiving goods on your behalf)

Your designated China forwarding warehouse address can be found from the [User Center].  Please log in Taobao2SG, browse into the [User Center], and then copy and paste the exact shipping address (in Chinese) displayed in your [User Center] into your Taobao account centre.  We strongly advise that you set this shipping address as your default shipping address at Taobao.

Taobao2G's Singapore warehouse address:

Customers can collect parcels at our Singapore warehouses. Our warehouse locates at

(1) Clementi / Jurong East Warehouse: this warehouse is easily accessible via public transportation.  If you drive, you can conveniently park your vehicle near our warehouse in front of cargo lift.  Parking is free within the first hour during weekdays and free during the weekend.  

(2) Woodlands / Admiralty Warehouse (Self-collection point):  this warehouse is easily accessible via public transportation.  It is within walking distance from both Admiralty and Woodlands MRT stations. If you drive, you can conveniently park your vehicle in front of our warehouse. 

(3) Kaki Bukit / Ubi Warehouse (Self-collection point):  this warehouse is easily accessible via public transportation and in walking distance to Kaki Bukit MRT station and Ubi MRT station.  The warehouse is on the ground floor.  If you drive, you can conveniently park your vehicle in front of our warehouse.

Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Your advanced notice to us regarding your self-collection will significantly cut down your waiting time in our warehouse.  With your advanced notice of self-collection, we will arrange your parcels for self-collection prior to your visit.
