Parcel Tracking and Add Parcel to User Account


(I) Parcel Tracking 


If you would like to check the status of your parcel, you can easily track the parcel status from our website homepage.  All you need to do is to paste the parcel tracking number that you copy from your Taobao order status (in Taobao website) into the empty search bar on our Taobao2SG website and then click “tracking”.  





You can also track a parcel from the User Center by clicking the short-cut button “Parcel Tracking”.  Our tracking system only requires the parcel tracking number to start the search. The name of courier company and other information are all not required.






If the parcel has been received by our warehouse, you will see a result like the following picture.  In the picture, it indicates that the parcel has been received at the warehouse and has been entered in the account of User 3001.




On the other hand, if the parcel has not yet arrived or not yet been received by our warehouse, then you will see a picture like the following page, which suggests that you can add this parcel into your own User Center.  




Adding a parcel into a user’s own User Center by the user himself / herself is not required.  You can ignore this suggestion if you do not wish to manually enter the parcel information by yourself.  You can simply track the parcel status again later. When your parcel arrives in our warehouse, our staff will certainly enter the parcel information by scanning the bar code on the parcel. 



 


(II) Add a parcel that has not yet arrived into my account


If you wish to add the parcel information before if arrives our warehouse, you can simply click the short-cut button [Add Parcel] in the User Center or refer to the instruction on this page:  [How to add a parcel into my account] 





 

Adding Parcel in User Center


From the User Center on the website, please click the “Add Parcel” from the left-side menu or the “Add Parcel” quick-link button from the bottom. 

  




After you click the “Add Parcel” button, a blank form will appear for you to enter the information for the parcel. Please enter accurate information regarding the parcel, including tracking number (which can be copied and pasted from Taobao), description of the good, quantity, and true value (per piece) of the good in SGD.




After fill in all the required information, do remember to click the "Submit" button to save the information into your User Center.



Important information about adding a parcel into User Account: 

Under-declaration of the value of a parcel and false declaration of content of a parcel are both serious offences to Singapore Customs Act.   Please declare information about each parcel accurately before submitting it into a shipping order.
