Retrieve missing parcels in a consolidated package


The pictures below are some examples of a consolidated package containing multiple parcels. There are multiple parcels, usually more than 10 pieces, in one consolidated package. When a consolidated package was delivered to a customer, the customer himself/herself or the customer’s family who received the parcel, may not open the package immediately to check if his/her items are all in the consolidated package.  If the customer noticed that one or more items were missing or not included in the parcel afterwards, then what should he/she do to retrieve the missing item?



1.  If a customer noticed missing parcels after the consolidated package was delivered, then Taobao2SG will certainly help the customer to search the missing parcels.  The missing parcels could still be in our Guangzhou or Singapore warehouse or were wrongly packed with other customers’ parcels.  In any case we will try to find your missing parcel and re-delivered them to you.  If eventually we cannot find the missing parcel which is very rare and very unlikely, we will surely compensate the customer for his/her missing parcels.  The amount of compensation for a lost parcel will depend on whether the missing parcel is insured with shipping insurance.  For more information regarding shipping insurance, please refer to this page: Shipping Insurance Policy at Taobao2SG.     


2. If a customer chose to self-collect his/her parcels from our Singapore warehouse, then please open the package to check if all parcels are inside the consolidated package.  If a customer noticed any missing parcel when self-collecting his/her parcels in our Singapore warehouse, then we will surely help to find the missing parcels and deliver the retrieved parcels to the customer.  If eventually we cannot find the missing parcel which is very rare and very unlikely, we will surely compensate the customer for his/her missing parcels.  The amount of compensation for a lost parcel will depend on whether the missing parcel is insured with shipping insurance.  For more information regarding shipping insurance, please refer to this page: Shipping Insurance Policy at Taobao2SG.     

If a missing parcel was left out during packing and stayed in our Guangzhou warehouse, we will send it to you by using one of the following solutions:

1.  The customer still has some other parcels in our Guangzhou warehouse which are to be shipped out to Singapore on a later day. The missing parcel will be shipped together with those parcels.  The shipping fee for the retrieved parcel will be waived.

2. The customer does not have other parcels in our Guangzhou warehouse and is not sure whether there will be new parcels to be shipped to Singapore in near future.  Then we will ship the missing parcel to Singapore warehouse.  Customer can come to our Guangzhou warehouse to self-collect the parcel or let us deliver it to you.  No delivery fee and no shipping fee for the retrieved parcel will be required.
